Team recognition program

Something I am quite passionate about is making sure team members feel valued and included, and so I was really happy to get the chance to work on a Woolworths recognition framework.

I drafted options for themes, names for the overall award and the categories, and collaborated with stakeholders and a designer to reach the final product. I also drafted each reminder email that went out to the business - adding in some out-of-this-world puns
